At Elevate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
